6 West Papuan political prisoners still held by Indonesia for supporting West Papua (ULMWP) to be a full member of the Melanesian Spearhead group.

They were all arrested by the colonial Indonesian government on December 19th and threatened with charges of treason against Indonesia for supporting the ULMWP. It is reported that 2 have been charged with treason.

6 KNPB activists who have been jailed since December 19, 2016 due to leading peaceful rally to refuse Indonesian military invasion in so called "Trikora" 1961, and in support of ULMWP to be a full member of MSG. They are threatened with treason and provocation article under Indonesian law.
